Important Dates
(deadline interpretation = end of the day, anywhere on earth)

  • Paper submission due: April 5, 2024 Extension: April 18, 2024
  • Paper review due: May 20, 2024
  • Notification of acceptance: May 31, 2024

Submission Guidelines
  • All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
  • Papers must be submitted as PDF files in Springer LNCS style through the conference Paper Submission page. The page limit is 14 pages, excluding references.
  • Springer's instructions for authors of proceedings in computer science (which includes LNCS) are available here
  • Authors' names need not be hidden for the reviewing process.
  • Springer's proceedings LaTeX templates are available on Overleaf
  • If authors wish to include supplementary material, we suggest they host a separate document online in services like, e.g., zenodo, and add it as a citation or footnote to the paper.
  • We encourage the authors to select the appropriate paper category in the submission tool and not to overuse the "other" category.
  • We draw the attention of the contributing conference paper authors to Springer's Code of Conduct

Paper Presentation and Publishing

  • Following PPSN's unique tradition, all accepted papers will be presented during the poster sessions and will be included in the proceedings. For this purpose, please prepare a poster in DIN A0 portrait format, once your submitted full paper has been accepted.
  • The proceedings will be published in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series by Springer.
